NICK PYE
FOUNDING PARTNER

Nick went directly into the world of strategy and marketing consultancy, after reading geography at Oxford, Nick’s initial consulting career was interrupted by a brief spell at a Virgin backed start-up. Since co-founding Mangrove, Nick has led a number of sustainability and stretch projects in a diverse range of markets, as well as co-funding several start-ups and co-authoring Stretchonomics.

JUSTIN WRIGHT
FOUNDING PARTNER

Justin started his career as a Forex trader before studying psychology and entering the corporate world. Prior to Mangrove, Justin held several innovation roles in specialist units at P&G and Diageo before co-founding Mangrove in 2005. As as well leading a number of sustainability and Stretch projects in categories as diverse as drinks, financial services and agri-science, Justin has funded and co-founded a number of start-ups as well as co-authoring Stretchonomics.

CHARLIE CHIDLEY
SENIOR CONSULTANT

Charlie started his career at creative agency FCB Inferno working on projects within the automotive industry as well as ad hoc social impact initiatives. Charlie has also gained cross-market/industry experience having led a number of brand growth projects during a spell in the Consulting Division at Kantar. More recently, Charlie has developed a keen interest in the role of brands and businesses in culture and how brands can drive a sustainability agenda.

GEORGINA CURTIS
SENIOR CONSULTANT

Georgina started her career in management consulting working with clients across retail, consumer goods, and transportation, and developing an interest in strategy (including M&S, Lego, Waitrose). Subsequently she moved in-house, leading the development of both brand and retail strategies for restaurant and rail groups - focused on commercial growth and stretching to meet the needs of customers of the future. She joined Mangrove in 2022 looking to build on this experience, working with bp and Diageo to date. Outside of this, Georgina is currently studying for her MBA.

REBECCA POOLE
NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Rebecca's journey began in the creative world, where she collaborated with various agencies, nurturing partnerships and fostering growth. Alongside her professional pursuits, she delved into the field of naturopathic nutrition, running and hosting thriving retreats in Spain and Marrakesh. As her career evolved, Rebecca gravitated towards sustainability-focused agencies, ultimately finding her place at Mangrove. With her personable and strategic approach, Rebecca will be instrumental in Mangrove forming meaningful and valuable new business relationships. Beyond work, Rebecca's love for tennis shines bright, making her the perfect candidate for a meeting on the court.

MILI KENWORTHY
CONSULTANT

After studying International Business at University, Mili’s professional journey began in Strategy where she worked for Nike in the Netherlands managing the role of physical and digital stores across the EMEA region. She then moved over to the world of consultancy working with clients such as Bacardi, Danone, GSK (Haleon) and Reckitt crafting highly prioritised brand and growth strategies globally. She joined Mangrove in 2024 to further develop her passion for understanding core business and commercial needs to help unlock sustainable growth.

SIMON CROSS
CREATIVE LEAD

Simon is a creative designer with over 20 years experience in digital and print graphics. Simon started his career in agencies working on blue chip clients such as the DSG Group and Disney, with skills spanning from print, website design to video editing.  Most recently Simon has moved into the Film & TV industry, creating graphics for commercials and movies such as Point Break and Rush. Simon ensures Mangrove’s output is as creative as it is rigorous.
