Why is what we do effective?

We focus on delivering results without getting hung up on the process of getting there. By applying strategic thinking in a creative manner, we ensure we have an understanding of the business and market context in which an innovation challenge exists. Our problem-solving approach to creativity is then more focused, ensuring a greater new product / business success rate.

What makes us so good at it?

Everyone at Mangrove has a proven track record in innovation and at least 10 years experience in client and agency backgrounds. The rigour of working in large blue-chip organisations applied within the freedom of a small independent consultancy creates an environment ideally suited to cracking difficult problems. We approach each project and client with an open mind and a bespoke process - however, we judge success by results rather than process.

How do we set ourselves up to do it?

We are deliberately small and intend to remain so, allowing us to focus our energies on the tasks at hand, rather than be distracted by others demands - this means we get to focus on the work we love while clients get a more experienced team. Our informal culture allows for strong collaboration with our clients, which helps us share the responsibility.
